Scope

Used together with GB 10395.1, this document specifies the safety requirements and requirements for the design and manufacture of self-propelled and trailed pick-and-bundle machines, including pick-and-bundle wrappers, regardless of the shape and size of the formed bale. assessment method. Describes methods of eliminating or reducing hazards caused by improper operation and foreseeable misuse during normal use or maintenance. In addition, it also specifies the type of safe operating procedures that the manufacturer should provide. For machines designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this document, when the provisions of this document are different from the provisions of GB 10395.1, the provisions of this document take precedence over the provisions of GB 10395.1. This document, combined with GB10395.1, covers all issues related to self-propelled pick-up-bundle machines, traction-type pick-up-bundle machines and pick-up-bundle wrapping machines that are misoperated during normal use (see Chapter Chapter 4), significant hazards (see Table 1), hazardous conditions and hazardous events. This document does not apply to step-controlled round balers, and does not involve environmental hazards, road safety, vibration, and hazards associated with power transmission moving parts. This document does not apply to hazards associated with maintenance or repairs performed by professional service personnel. Note: This document does not contain provisions related to road traffic regulations.
