Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of liquefied natural gas (LNG) stations. This document is applicable to newly built, expanded and reconstructed LNG stations on land. This document does not apply to mobile storage, LNG filling vehicles and LNG fuel vehicles that need to be stored in permafrost, installed or used indoors.
