Scope

This specification is applicable to the design of thermal insulation projects for industrial equipment and pipelines whose outer surface temperature is -196°C~850°C. This specification does not apply to the design of equipment and pipelines with special requirements for nuclear energy, aviation and spaceflight systems, as well as thermal insulation projects for buildings, cold storage and buried pipelines.
