Scope

This document specifies the safety requirements for tire-type and track-type bulldozers and their rear winches defined in ISO 6165; it specifies all major hazards and dangers associated with earth-moving machinery when it is used for the purpose specified by the manufacturer or under reasonable misuse conditions that are foreseen. States and hazardous events (see Appendix A of GB/T25684.1-2021); and specify technical measures to eliminate or reduce risks caused by major hazards, hazardous states or hazardous events during use, operation and maintenance. This document is used in combination with GB/T 25684.1 (specifying the general safety requirements for two or more families of earth-moving machinery). The specific requirements of this document take precedence over the general requirements of GB/T 25684.1. This document does not apply to machines manufactured before the implementation of this document.
