Scope

This document specifies the safety requirements for tire-type and crawler-scrapers defined in ISO 6165 but does not include drag-type scrapers; it specifies all relevant requirements for earth-moving machinery when it is applied under the manufacturer's specified purpose or foreseen misuse conditions. Major hazards, hazardous states and hazardous events (see Appendix A of GB/T25684.1-2021); specifies appropriate techniques for eliminating or reducing risks caused by major hazards, hazardous states or hazardous events during commissioning, operation and maintenance measure. This document is used in combination with GB/T 25684.1 (specifying the general safety requirements for two or more families of earth-moving machinery). The specific requirements of this document take precedence over the general requirements of GB/T 25684.1. This document does not apply to machines manufactured before the implementation of this document.
