This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and labeling, general requirements, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, transportation and storage of lightweight battens for building partition walls (hereinafter referred to as lightweight battens). This standard applies to the production and inspection of lightweight slats for non-load-bearing partition walls in general industrial and civil buildings.
