Scope

This standard specifies the terminology, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and product marking, transportation and storage of lightweight slats (hereinafter referred to as lightweight slats) products for building partition walls. This standard applies to lightweight battens used in non-load-bearing partition walls of general buildings.
