Scope

This standard specifies the raw material requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for ginger (powder) brown sugar. This standard applies to sugar processed from brown sugar as raw material with the addition of ginger juice and ginger powder.
