Scope: This standard specifies the technical parameters, models and series, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of lifting rail cars operating on railway lines. This standard is applicable to standard gauge lifting rail cars powered by diesel engines and with rated lifting capacities of 8 t, 16 t, 25 t, and 32 t. Other lifting rail cars with rated lifting capacity and non-standard gauges may be implemented as a reference. .
