- Scope
- This standard specifies the technical parameters, models and series, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality assurance of lifting rail cars operating on railway lines. This standard is applicable to the design, manufacture and inspection of new standard-gauge lifting rail cars powered by diesel engines and with a rated lifting capacity of 5t to 50t. Non-standard gauge lifting rail cars can also be implemented with reference to the relevant provisions of this standard.
