This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of green food and fruit wine. This standard applies to fruit wine made from fresh fruits or juices other than grapes through full or partial fermentation. It does not apply to soaking, dis illation and blending of fruit wine.
