Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of green food ginseng and American ginseng. This standard applies to green food preserved ginseng, active ginseng, raw sun-dried ginseng, red ginseng, ginseng honey slices and American ginseng. American ginseng should comply with relevant national regulations on health food.
