Scope: This standard specifies the classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging of metal gaskets (hereinafter referred to as gaskets) for Class A flanges with flange connection dimensions according to CB/T 4211-2013 and ASMEB16.5 . This standard applies to the design, manufacturing and acceptance of metal gaskets for Class A flanges with nominal dimensions DN15~DN600 and nominal pressures PN20~PN420 (Class150~Class2500).
