Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, scope of protection, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of the geographical indication product Shanxi Mature Vinegar. This standard is applicable to Shanxi mature vinegar approved and protected by the State Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine Department in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
