Scope

This standard specifies the protection scope, terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of the area of origin of Shanxi mature vinegar. This standard is applicable to Shanxi mature vinegar approved and protected by the national quality supervision, inspection and quarantine administrative department in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Products in the Region of Origin".
