Scope
This part specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for optical transceiver modules used in XG-PON optical line terminals/optical network units (OLT/ONU). This section applies to the asymmetric optical transceiver module (hereinafter referred to as: "XG-PON1 module") for XG-PON optical line terminal/optical network unit (OLT/ONU).
