Scope
This specification is formulated in order to save energy, protect the environment, promote production, improve people's lives, develop my country's urban central heating industry, improve the design level of central heating projects, and achieve advanced technology, economical rationality, safety and application. This specification is applicable to the following urban heating pipes where the design pressure of the heating hot water medium is less than or equal to 2.5MPa and the design temperature is less than or equal to 200°C; the design pressure of the heating steam medium is less than or equal to 1.6MPa and the design temperature is less than or equal to 350°C. Design of the network: 1. The heating power plant or boiler room as the heat source, and the heating pipe network from the heat source to the heat inlet of the building; 2. Process systems such as pipelines, relay pump stations and thermal stations for the new, expanded or renovated heating pipe network. Urban heating management design should comply with urban planning requirements and should pay attention to aesthetics. When designing urban heating pipe networks in areas with earthquakes, collapsible loess, expansive soil, etc., in addition to complying with this specification, it should also comply with the current national standards "Code for Seismic Design of Outdoor Water Supply, Drainage and Gas Thermal Engineering" GB 50032, " "Building Code for Collapsible Loess Areas" GB 50025 and "Technical Code for Building Construction in Expansive Soil Areas" GBJ 112. In addition to complying with this specification, the design of urban heating pipe networks should also comply with the relevant national standards.
