Scope
This regulation is formulated to standardize the design, construction, acceptance and operation management of urban heating directly buried hot water pipeline projects. 1.0.2 This regulation is applicable to the design, construction, and acceptance of directly buried hot water pipelines for urban heating that are newly built, renovated, or expanded, with design temperatures less than or equal to 150°C, design pressures less than or equal to 2.5MPa, and nominal pipe diameters less than or equal to 1200mm. and operational management. 1.0.3 In areas with earthquakes, collapsible loess, expansive soil, etc., the directly buried hot water pipeline project for heating should not only comply with this regulation, but also comply with the current national standard "Code for Seismic Design of Outdoor Water Supply, Drainage and Gas Thermal Engineering" GB 50032, "Building Code for Collapsible Loess Areas" GB 50025 and "Technical Code for Building Construction in Expansive Soil Areas" GB 50112. 1.0.4 In addition to complying with this regulation, the design, construction, acceptance and operation management of urban heating directly buried hot water pipeline projects should also comply with the relevant national standards.
