Scope
This standard specifies the classification of prepared meat products, processing technology requirements, quality and safety requirements, packaging and labeling, storage, transportation and sales, quality and safety requirements and recalls. This standard applies to the production and processing of pre-prepared and pre-heated prepared meat products.
