Scope

For statistical terms used in this standard, see GB3358-82 "Statistical Terms and Symbols", and for reliability terms, see GB3187-82 "Basic Terms and Definitions for Reliability". This standard applies to the one-sided lower confidence limit estimation of the reliability of the product test results in two states of success and failure, and can also be used in other occasions that can be transformed into this situation. Randomly and independently select several individuals from the product population as samples. This standard specifies the method for determining the one-sided lower confidence limit of product reliability based on such samples.
