Randomly and independently select several individuals from the product population as samples. This standard specifies the method for determining the one-sided lower confidence limit of product reliability based on such samples. For a finite population, let its size be N and the sample size be n. When the sampling is sampling with replacement, or when the sampling is sampling without replacement, but n/N < 0.1, n times of sampling can be considered independent. This standard applies to the one-sided lower confidence limit estimation of the reliability of the product test results in two states of success and failure, and can also be used in other occasions that can be transformed into this situation.
