Scope
This specification specifies the minimum requirements for the design, manufacturing, inspection and testing of petrochemical centrifugal fans and their systems. This specification applies to the design and equipment procurement of single-stage or multi-stage centrifugal fans and their systems in petrochemical industries. The centrifugal fans in this specification are limited to a single-stage pressure rise not exceeding 25kPa and an outlet pressure not exceeding 0.2MPa(G). This specification is not suitable for cooling towers, air coolers, and ventilation fans.
