Scope
This part specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, reliability tests, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage for GPON optical line terminal/optical network unit (OLT/ONU) optical transceiver modules. This section applies to GPON optical line terminal/optical network unit (OLT/ONU) optical transceiver module, hereinafter referred to as "GPON optical module".
