Scope
This standard specifies the process requirements and quality assessment for radiographic testing, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing and penetrant testing of petrochemical metal pipelines. This standard is applicable to radiographic testing and quality assessment of welded joints of metal pipelines with a nominal thickness of 2mm-100mm; suitable for ultrasonic testing and quality assessment of welded joints of ferritic steel pipelines with a nominal thickness greater than or equal to 7mm and an outer diameter greater than 100mm. ; Suitable for magnetic particle inspection and quality assessment of surface and near-surface defects in welded joints of ferromagnetic materials; suitable for penetrant inspection and quality assessment of surface opening defects of welded joints. Non-destructive testing of raw materials can be used as a reference.
