Scope
WARNING—The application of this part of GB/T 25915 may involve hazardous materials, operations and equipment. This part of GB/T 25915 does not mention all security issues related to applications. Before use, users of this part of GB/T 25915 are responsible for establishing appropriate safety and hygiene measures and complying with various mandatory regulations. This part of GB/T 25915 specifies the test methods for the cleanliness level of airborne particles in clean rooms and clean areas, as well as the test methods for the performance of clean rooms and clean areas. The performance test is aimed at the unidirectional flow and non-unidirectional flow type clean rooms and clean areas under the three possible occupancy states of empty state, static state and dynamic state. This document recommends testing instruments and testing procedures for determining performance parameters. Some test methods are limited to the type of cleanroom or clean area, for which reason this document recommends several alternative methods. In order to meet the requirements of different users, this document recommends several different methods and instruments for some testing items. If the demander and the supplier agree through consultation, other alternative methods not introduced in this section can also be used. Alternative methods may not give the same measurements. This section does not apply to measurement of products or processes in clean rooms or isolators.
