Scope
This part of GB/T 19882 describes the overall system structure of the low-voltage power line carrier meter reading system; specifies the terms and definitions, basic concepts, system structure, basic functions and performance indicators of the low-voltage power line carrier meter reading system, and the system Openness requirements and data manipulation processes.
