- This part of GB 19510 specifies the special requirements for starting devices for fluorescent lamps and other discharge lamps using AC power of 50Hz or 60Hz below 1000V. The starting device can generate a starting pulse not greater than 100kV, and is compatible with the lamps and Ballast used together.
