Scope
This standard specifies the terminology, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and safe eating period of livestock and poultry meat safety and hygiene in Lanzhou City. This standard applies to Lanzhou livestock and poultry slaughtered unprocessed pig, cattle, sheep and poultry meat products (fresh, cooled and frozen) that are often sold in Lanzhou City.
