Scope

This standard stipulates the principles, content, depth, methods and working procedures of urban relocation planning and design for resettlement of hydropower projects. This standard is applicable to the construction land acquisition, resettlement, urban relocation planning and design of large and medium-sized hydropower projects (including pumped storage power stations) in the pre-feasibility study report stage, feasibility study report stage, and resettlement implementation stage.
