Scope

This standard stipulates the principles, items, procedures, depth and methods for the preparation of estimates (estimates) of compensation costs for land acquisition and resettlement for hydropower project construction. This standard is applicable to the preparation of estimates (estimates) of compensation costs for land acquisition and resettlement during the pre-feasibility study report stage, feasibility study report stage and resettlement implementation stage of large and medium-sized hydropower projects (including pumped storage power stations).
