Scope

This standard specifies the environmental noise emission limits and measurement methods at the boundary of construction sites. This standard applies to the management, evaluation and control of construction noise emissions from surrounding noise-sensitive buildings. Other types of construction noise emissions such as municipal, communication, transportation, water conservancy, etc. can refer to this standard. This standard does not apply to the supervision of noise emissions during emergency repairs and emergency construction.
