Scope

This standard defines a system management function for application processes to interact in a centralized or decentralized management environment, so as to be used for system management defined in GB/T 9387.4. This standard defines the incident report management function, which consists of services and two functional units. This function belongs to the application layer of GB9387 and is defined according to the model provided by GB/T17176. The function of system management function is described by GB/T 17142. This standard -- establishes the user requirements for the incident report management function; -- establishes a model linking the services provided by this function with user requirements; -- defines the services provided by this function; -- specifies the protocols necessary to provide the services; --Define the relationship between the service and SMI operations and notifications; --Define the relationship with other system management functions; --Specify the consistency requirements.
