GB 14536.6-1996 Automatic electrical controls for household and similar use.Particular requirements for automatic electrical burner control systems (English Version)
This chapter in GB/T 14536.1 is applicable except for the following contents. This article is replaced by the following content: This standard applies to burner electric automatic control systems for automatic control of oil, gas, coal or other fuel burners for household and similar purposes (including heating, air conditioning and other similar purposes). This standard applies to the complete set of burner control system and the control device of the independent program, and also applies to the independent high-voltage electronic ignition source and independent flame detector. This standard does not apply to burner control systems that use thermoelectric methods for flame monitoring. This standard applies to the inherent safety of burner electric automatic controllers, to the operating values, operating time and operating procedures determined by the manufacturer related to the safety of the burner, and to those used on or with the burner The test of the electric automatic control system of the burner. The electric automatic controllers of equipment not used for general household use but only used in public places, such as non-professionals in shops, light industrial workshops and farms, are also included in the scope of this standard. This standard applies to electric automatic controllers with NTC (negative temperature coefficient) or PTC (positive temperature coefficient) thermistors. Their additional requirements are included in Appendix J. This standard does not apply to electric automatic controls specially designed for industrial applications. This standard also applies to manual controls that are electrically and/or mechanically combined with automatic controls. The term "equipment" used in this standard includes "apparatus and equipment". This article is replaced by the following content: This standard is applicable to controllers whose rated voltage DC does not exceed 440V1, AC does not exceed 660V, and rated current does not exceed 63A. Instructions for use: 1. In IEC730-2-5, the rated voltage AC and DC are both no more than 660V, but according to GB156-93 "Standard Voltage", the corresponding rated voltage DC in my country does not exceed 440V. This clause is replaced by the following: This standard does not take into account the response value of automatic actions related to the method of installation of the controller in the equipment. If the response value plays an important role in protecting the safety of the user or the surrounding environment, the response value specified by the corresponding household equipment standard or determined by the manufacturer is applicable in this standard. This clause is replaced by the following: This standard also applies to controllers incorporating electronic devices. See Appendix H for its requirements. This article adds the following content: IEC989-1991 separation transformer and autotransformer, variable ratio transformer and reactor 1).
