GB 14536.10-2008 Automatic electrical controls for household and similar use.Particular requirements for temperature sensing controls (English Version)
This chapter of GB 14536.1-2008 is applicable except for the following contents. 1.1 Replacement: This part of GB 14536 is applicable to electric automatic temperature-sensitive controllers used in household and similar electrical equipment, or electric automatic temperature-sensitive controllers used in conjunction with them are electric automatic controllers for heating, air conditioning and similar purposes , the electrical equipment controlled by it can use electricity, gas, oil, solid fuel, solar energy or a combination of them. 1.1.1 This standard applies to the inherent safety of temperature-sensitive controllers and operating values, operating times and operating procedures related to the safety of equipment. Controller test. This section does not apply to electric automatic controllers specially designed for industrial use. This standard applies to unit controllers as part of a control system, and also to unit controllers in a group of controllers combined with multi-function controllers with non-electric outputs. This section applies to those non-general household appliances designed but the public can still use the electric automatic controller. This equipment includes equipment used by non-professionals in the commercial, light industrial, and agricultural fields. 1.1.2 This standard also applies to the safety requirements of thermal controls with non-electrical outputs, such as refrigeration flow or gas controls. 1.1.3 This Part applies to the controllers for electrical appliances within the scope of GB 4706. 1.1.4 This Part also applies to manual controls that are electrically or mechanically integrated with automatic controls. 1.1.5 This section applies to single-use devices that comply with the terms in this section. 1.2 Replacement: This part applies to controllers with rated voltage not exceeding 690V and rated current not exceeding 63A. 1.3 Replacement: This standard does not consider the response value of the automatic action of the controller related to the method of installation of the controller in the equipment. If the important purpose of the response value is to protect the user or the surrounding environment, the response value shall adopt the response value determined in the corresponding household electrical equipment standard, or the applicable response value specified by the manufacturer. 1.4 Replacement: This section also applies to controllers equipped with electronic devices, see Appendix H for requirements. 1.5 This clause of the reference standard GB 14536.1-2008 applies except for the following. GB 4706 (all parts) Safety of household and similar electrical appliances (corresponding to IEC 60335) GB 9816-1998 Requirements and application guidelines for thermal links (IEC 60691: IDT)
