GB 14536.10-1996 Automatic electrical controls for household and similar use. Particular requirements for temperature sensing contrls (English Version)
For this chapter in GB/T 14536.1, replace it with the following. This standard applies to electric automatic temperature-sensitive controllers used in household and similar electrical equipment, or to electric automatic temperature-sensitive controllers used in conjunction with them, these controllers are electric automatic controllers used in heating, air conditioning and similar purposes , the electrical equipment controlled by it can use electricity, gas, oil, solid fuel, solar energy or a combination of them. This standard applies to the inherent safety of temperature-sensitive controllers and operating values, operating times and operating procedures related to the safety of equipment, and also applies to electrical automatic controls used in household and similar electrical appliances or used in conjunction with these test. NOTE: Examples of these controls include boiler thermostats, fan controls, temperature limiters, and thermal cutouts. This standard does not apply to electric automatic controls specially designed for industrial use. This standard applies to unit controllers as part of a control system, and also to unit controllers in a group of controllers combined with functional controllers with non-electric outputs. This standard also applies to safety requirements for thermally sensitive controllers with non-electrical outputs, such as refrigeration flow or gas controllers. This standard applies to controllers used in electrical appliances within the scope of GB4706. Note: The term "equipment" throughout this standard includes "appliances and control systems". This standard also applies to manual controls that are electrically or mechanically integrated with automatic controls. Note: For the requirements of manual switches that do not form part of the automatic controller, see GB15092.11994 "Appliance Switches Part One: General Requirements" idtIEC1058.11990 (IEC Publication 328 has been replaced by IEC1058-1). This standard applies to bimetallic single-use operating devices that comply with the terms in this standard. This standard applies to controllers whose rated voltage does not exceed 440V DC1], AC does not exceed 660V, and rated current does not exceed 63A. This standard does not consider the response value of the automatic action of the controller related to the installation method of the controller in the equipment. If the response value is related to the protection of the operator and the surrounding environment, the response value determined in the corresponding equipment standard, or by the manufacturer Factory specified applicable response value. This standard also applies to controllers equipped with electronic devices, see Appendix H for requirements.
