This standard specifies the performance requirements for single-capped fluorescent lamps for general lighting. This standard covers the following lamps operated with external ballasts: a) Internally started preheated cathode fluorescent lamps operating at AC mains frequency; b) Externally started preheated cathode single-ended fluorescent lamps operated at AC mains frequency and high frequency band starters c) Externally started preheated cathode fluorescent lamps with AC power frequency and high frequency without a starter; d) Externally started preheated cathode fluorescent lamps with high frequency operation; e) Externally started preheated cathode fluorescent lamps with high frequency operation; Start a non-preheated cathode single-capped fluorescent lamp. For the requirements of certain lamps given in this standard, see the "Data sheet for relevant lamps". When a lamp conforming to this standard is used with a ballast conforming to GB/T 14044 or GB/T 15144 and a starter conforming to GB 20550 or GB/T 19655-2005 and installed in a lamp conforming to GB 7000.1-2007, apply 92% to 106% of the rated power supply voltage, when ignited at an ambient temperature of 10°C to 50°C, it can start and work normally.
