Scope
This standard specifies the design requirements for auxiliary control points of nuclear power plants, including the selection of functions of auxiliary control points, the design and organization of human-machine interfaces, and the requirements for systematic verification and validation of their functional design. This standard applies to the design of auxiliary control points for new nuclear power plants. If it is used to improve the design of in-service power plants, special attention should be paid to ensure the consistency of the design basis. The detailed design of auxiliary control point equipment is outside the scope of this standard.
