Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage. This standard applies to heavy-duty vehicle gear oil (GL-5). This product is mainly suitable for automobile drive axles, especially for hypoid gears applied under high-speed impact loads, high-speed low-torque and low-speed high-torque conditions.
