Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions related to the environmental protection design of the mechanical structure of electrical and electronic equipment, environmental condition categories, environmental parameter group classification and severity classification, application of environmental conditions in products, general principles of environmental design guidelines, chemical treatment layers and Design guidelines for the selection and design of electroplating layers, the selection and design of coating layers, and other aspects of environmental protection. This standard applies to the mechanical structure of electrical and electronic equipment (hereinafter referred to as the mechanical structure), and can also be used as a reference for the environmental design of mechanical structures in other electrical and electronic technical fields. This standard does not involve the content of environmental awareness and environmental protection, so it is not applicable to the design of environmental awareness and environmental protection.
