Scope: This part of GB/T 31593 stipulates the behavior of people under fire conditions, especially the evaluation, quantification and management methods of emergency evacuation behavior, proposes the parameters that constitute the basis for the design and evaluation of safe evacuation of people, and provides a basis for determining the location and status of people in buildings. Information on processes, assessments and calculations required over time. This part provides fire safety engineering designers, managers and fire safety technicians with engineering methods and life safety assessment guidelines for evacuation strategies in fire safety engineering design, and is applicable to personnel evacuation assessment of fire safety engineering. The evacuation of personnel referred to in this section does not include emergency evacuation of personnel using elevators.
