Scope: This part of GB/T 31593 specifies the application method requirements for the calculation formula of fire plume eigenvalues, and provides the following general requirements related to the application of the fire plume calculation formula: a) Description of physical phenomena; b) Calculations; c) The limitations of the calculation formula; d) the input parameters of the calculation formula; e) the scope of application of the calculation formula. This section applies to the performance-based design of fire protection in construction projects and the calculation of medium fire plumes.
