Scope: This part of GB/T 31593 specifies the application method requirements for the calculation formula of the characteristic value of the opening air flow, and provides the following general requirements related to the application of the calculation formula of the opening air flow: a) Description of physical phenomena; b) Calculation sheet; c) Calculation formula limitations; d) the input parameters of the calculation formula; e) the scope of application of the calculation formula. This part applies to the calculation of opening airflow in the performance-based design and evaluation of fire protection in construction projects.
