Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of edible by-products of green food livestock and poultry. This standard applies to edible by-products of green food livestock and poultry. Not applicable to edible by-products of livestock and poultry such as bones and blood.
