- This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of chloramphenicol, thiamphenicol and florfenicol residues in edible animal muscle, liver and aquatic products. This standard applies to the determination of chloramphenicol, thiamphenicol and florfenicol residues in edible animal muscle, liver and aquatic products. The detection limit of this standard method: 0.1 μg/kg for chloramphenicol, 1.0 μg/kg for thiamphenicol and florfenicol.
