This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of green food wheat products. This standard applies to ready-to-eat wheat products and germinated wheat products using green food barley (including rice barley), oats (including oatmeal), wheat, buckwheat, etc. as the main raw materials. It does not apply to barley tea and baked wheat products.
