This standard specifies the structural type, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules, signs, packaging, storage and transportation of flanged iron and copper ball valves. This standard applies to iron and copper ball valves with flange connections. Applicable parameters are: gray cast iron ball valve with nominal size DN50~DN300, working temperature 10 ℃~200 ℃, nominal pressure not higher than PN10; working temperature 10 ℃~100 ℃, gray cast iron ball valve with nominal pressure not higher than PN16; working temperature - 10 ℃ ~ 300 ℃, nodular cast iron ball valve with nominal pressure not greater than PN25, working temperature - 40 ℃ ~ 180 ℃, copper alloy ball valve with nominal pressure not greater than PN25. The working medium is water, non-corrosive liquid, air, saturated steam, etc. Ball valves of other connection forms can be implemented by reference.
