- Scope
- This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of iron and copper ball valves. This standard is applicable to flange connection and internal thread connection with nominal diameter DN8～300mm, nominal pressure PN≤1.6MPa made of gray cast iron, PN≤4.0MPa made of ductile iron, PN≤2.5MPa made of malleable cast iron and PN≤2.5 MPa copper alloy ball valve. Ball valves of other connection forms can be implemented by reference.
