- This standard specifies the size, shape, weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marks and quality certificates of internal combustion engine valve steel rods. This standard applies to the manufacture of hot-rolled and forged round steel with a diameter not greater than 120mm and cold-drawn and bright steel with a diameter not greater than 25mm for the manufacture of internal combustion engine valves.
