This part of GB/TI 21099 considers the following factors to specify the function block (FB): a) The device model defines the device components consistent with this part; b) The FB conceptual specification for measurement, execution and processing. It includes general rules for supporting the essential characteristics of control, avoiding details that hinder innovation, and avoiding details that specialize in different industrial fields. This part defines only a subset of GB/T 21099.1, and GB/T 21099.1, which describes the system aspects of distributed systems, contains conformance statements in appendix B that contain conformance statements only related to this part of GB/T 21099 . The requirements of GB/T 21099.1 are not included in these declarations of conformity. FB is completed at the abstract level, which allows a variety of technologies to provide the definition of common features in a unique way, and also allows some supplementary feature definitions that meet user needs and that are expected to be realized in the future. This abstraction is referred to here as the conceptual FB specification and is mapped by industry organizations to specific communication systems and their additional definitions. This part of GB/T 21099 is also based on the abstract definition of GB/T 19769.1. Note: This standard can be mapped to GB/T 19659.1. There are currently many solutions on the market, which meet the requirements of this part of GB/T 21099, and represent how the conceptual specification can be realized by a given technology. New technologies need to find equivalent solutions (see Figure 4). This part of GB/T 21099 applies to function blocks (FB) for process control.
