Scope

This part of GB/T 21009 is a guide to support EDD interoperability. This part is used to ensure that field device developers use the EDDL structure consistently, and also to ensure that EDD applications have the same interpretation of EDD. It supplements the EDDL specification to Promote EDDL application interoperability and improve EDD portability between EDDL applications.
